'Everyone's At It'
By Lily Allen
In honour of the fact that the release of Lily Allen's new material will remind everyone why she became famous in the first place (ie the ability to knock out good, perceptive, sometimes funny pop tunes) we have chosen to illustrate today's Song Of The Day with one of the first pictures we saw of Lily Allen. The picture, like Lily, existed long before the singer became anything but a singer, and we think 'Everyone's At It' (along with the other brilliant new tracks from her forthcoming second album) will put her back where she is supposed to be, ie the Top 10 rather than Page 9 of London Lite.
It's a song about drugs and how some people say it's wrong when they say other drugs are alright and how people are just a bit fucking stupid about this sort of thing.
