The
Prize
The
Popjustice Twenty Quid Music Prize is awarded each year to the artists
responsible for the best British pop single of the previous twelve months.
The winner receives £20 (cash), a sum which, to reward great music,
is no more or less arbitrary than £20,000 or twenty pence.
This year the Twenty Quid Music Prize takes an exciting new turn because
the Bank Of England have issued amazing new £20 notes with amazing
sans-serif fonts and nice pictures and stuff.
