Britney's new album is called 'Britney Jean'

BritneyBritney Jean Spears' eighth album will be called 'Britney Jean'.

Asked why it was called that, the 'Ooh La La' hitmaker notes:

"It's a personal album and all my family always call me Britney Jean, so it's a term of endear­ment and I just wanted to share that with my fans."

So there we have it.

'Britney Jean' is out on December 3.
