IN A NUTSHELL:
Foxes has a brother who won't stop dancing but their mum's a little 'preoccupied'. On the surface Foxes seems like a responsible person but at the same time she lets her brother dance about on rooftops and walks out of her job as a florist mid-bunch (technical term). Shame.
