Adele's just premiered some new music on the telly

There are two pos­sib­il­it­ies here.

1. Adele premiered new music on UK TV this evening, via an unex­pec­ted ad screened during The X Factor and featuring the verse of a ballad plus the world's least exciting lyric video.

2. Someone with a voice similar to Adele's is having a right old LOL at the nation's expense, which isn't very likely but WOULD be very funny.
