Marcus Collins' album will be out in March

Marcus Collins' debut album will be out in time for Mothers' Day.

"I'm delighted to announce you can now pre order my debut album out 12th March. Thankyou so much for all the support," he posted earlier on Twitter.

If that all seems a little restrained for a popstar on Twitter, he then shouted: "BEEN WORKING NONE STOP !!! I HAD TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT !! I HOPE U GUYS LOVE IT! I DO! X".

The as-yet-untitled album will be out six days before the sons and daughters among us all hastily rush to Tesco for flowers, a card and an inof­fens­ive col­lec­tion of cover versions.
