Nicola Roberts, what have you done?

  • May 6, 2012
  • Popjustice

What the fuck is this.

We'll tell you what it is. It is Nicola Roberts with pink hair.

"Oh that's nice," people might say. "She is expressing herself through her hair and she actually looks quite hot."

THAT IS NOT THE POINT.

The point of Nicola Roberts' hair is not that it makes Nicola Roberts happy or look quite hot.

The point of Nicola Roberts' hair is that it is ginger hair because as long as it is ginger we know that everything is right in the world.

And we are telling you this, readers: some serious shit is about to go down. If you have seen Ghost Busters when the man from the council turns off the trap thing you will know the sort of thing we are talking about here. Well Nicola Roberts, don't come running to us when a 100ft Dainty Doll mascot is marauding down Oxford Street killing thousands of innocent people. DON'T COME RUNNING TO US WITH YOUR PINK HAIR BECAUSE WE WILL TELL YOU TO GO AWAY USING SOME FRANKLY QUITE FRUITY LANGUAGE.

As a small signifier of our fury, our despair and our hope that one day everything will be alright again, and in an attempt to restore some sort of equilibrium in pop, we have changed the Popjustice logo from pink to orange for one week.
