Conor Maynard has come out as a fan of The Voice.
The 'British Bieber', as no one seems to call him, made some quite perceptive observations about the show to the Daily Star, saying: "The Voice was good because it was musicians judging it."
"With previous pop shows, you’d always hear fans moan: 'They’re not musicians, so how can they judge it?'" he continued. "But on The Voice, the judges know what the people auditioning are going through."
Coincidentally the 'Drowning' hitmaker also threw his hat into the ring by expressing his future intention to become a judge or 'mentor', noting that it seemed "like a fun thing to do [and] part of the plan to eventually try that sort of thing".
Conor took the chance to namedrop Pharrell again by tenuously linking him to the singer from The Script, but the quote isn't really worth the copy and paste if we're being honest.
