They are hilarious and amazing and you can get them in proper bookshops as well as cheap on Amazon.
More info at popjustice.com/idols.
What about a nice t‑shirt? Everyone likes a t‑shirt. Perhaps you would like one bearing one of the tacky and opportunistic slogans on display in this shoddily Photoshopped-together 'montage'.
They are £18 each or a snipsome two for £30 and you can buy them from this online shop.
Finally, for a friend who still hasn't realised that they can download whichever songs they like and burn them onto a CD in an order of their choosing, there is the Popjustice compilation album '100% Solid Pop Music'.
It's a load of amazing songs from the last couple of years 'in the mix', including 'Maneater', 'Biology', blahblahblah.
Lots of people have given it very nice reviews, but The Big Issue were a bit cunty about it.
Anyway it is available in a bargain bin near you now — or here (ie Amazon) for £9.
We feel dirty and disgusting for doing this but there you go.
