“And in this corner, Sergey Volchkov warbling out some appropriately masculine, 'Putin's Russia'-friendly opera tune during his blind audition for Golos, the Russian equivalent of The Voice. The singing seems fine enough (no t.A.T.u, obviously), but who would know, really? Once The Russian Christina Aguilera starts cackling and the Russian Adam Levine begins knee-slapping with joy and talking amongst themselves, it's all one big chuckle-fest. Is anyone even aware the poor chap is still singing behind them? Only Alexander Gradsky and his gorgeous grey mane."
