The next Popjustice Hi-Fi single — out on December 5 — is 'Teenagers' by the v talented and popstarry Japayork. We loved the track when we first heard it earlier this year; a rocket has since been stuck up the song's arse and it now sounds like this.

Japayork is playing at Popjustice's night at In The City - we'll discuss that in a separate post, but there's more info here if you're in a hurry. We've seen him live once or twice and he is — as they say in the business of show — 'very good live'.
The single's b‑side is basically slightly too good to be a b‑side but that is no bad thing. It's called 'Lydia' and Japayork worked on the track with Tim Powell.
You can download 'Lydia' free over at the Popjustice Hi-Fi site, where you'll also find more info on the single release and Japayork himself.
So that's some information about the single release. We'll keep you posted on what's what in the run-up to release.
