It's 'Japanese Boy' by Shanadoo. Shanadoo are a confusing sort of thing: they're a Japanese girlgroup signed an A&Rd in Germany. Lots of their songs are covers of songs by a German band. This is a cover of a song made famous by a Scottish person singing in English pre­tend­ing to be Japanese. It is, of course, amazing.
