Kylie reduced to a blonde waving her arse around, Ozzy Osbourne portrayed as the bumbling laughing stock nobody really thought he was until his wife sold his self respect down the river for a reality TV show. Who buys tickets to see bands for those reasons?* Why are Kylie and Ozzy Osbourne in a supermarket? What is this pathetic vignette supposed to say to us? That musicians go shopping so you should swap your concert and/or cricket (?!) tickets with people on the internet? But musicians like Kylie and Ozzy DON'T go shopping like that. They don't even live in the same cities. So does that mean we shouldn't swap our concert tickets with people online?
The Cher lookalike's not up to much either.
* The answer to this question is "people who don't really like music a lot". Seatwave's campaign seems to be targeting a foolhardily specific type of punter — someone who takes music seriously enough to actually want to see it live, but who doesn't take it so seriously that they object to their favourite musician being ridiculed. Good luck with that one etc.
