You know LCMDF. They have been around for a few years, and have spent much of that time being rather entertaining.
Most recently the duo had a fairly enjoyably song called 'Fooled' out earlier this year, but things turn a bit of a corner with 'Procrastination 365', a track on which Emma and Mia pull out all the pop stops.
"We wanted to describe the vibes of a generation that is doing everything and nothing at the same time," they say. "It’s about life online, Berlin and procrastinating versus getting shit done." They reckon the tune, produced by Mikko Pykäri, is "in the spheres of PC Music, Taylor Swift and Scandinavian pop tradition, with a bittersweet chorus and quirked up verses".
We reckon it a) echoes the nonchalant, majestic sound and sentiment of pre-'I Love It' Icona Pop, and b) is amazing.
