In a tweet sent yesterday afternoon, a Florida based radio station 'accidentally' revealed that Adam Lambert and Christina Aguilera have recorded a track together.
"Uhhh not sure if this is out yet but a little birdie just told us that @AdamLambert has recorded a song with Christina Aguilera," tweeted Tampa Bay radio station 93.3. They then went on to say that they'd attended a meeting in New York "where his label played [them] a minute of a new song."
Unfortunately, they didn't care to share any info about the title of the track, whose album it was recorded for, or whether it is actually any good. What we do know is that both singers are currently still in the studio perfecting their individual efforts.
"I think I've probably written about 18 to 20 songs," said Lambert, who has allegedly worked with Sia on a couple of tracks. "I've been spending the past two and a half months in the studio [writing] the most personal songs, the most powerful songs. I really want it to be something that's really honest and real."
Christina, who worked with Sia on her smash hit 'Bionic', has managed to get her on board again for the follow up, along with Sandy Vee (Rihanna's 'S&M' and Katy Perry's 'Firework'), Linda Perry and DJ Premier. With Vee tweeting that their "Songs folder is hot :)", it all sounds good on paper.
