Adam Lambert's new album, 'Trespassing', will be a riot of "party music, sex music" and of course "fucked-up-relationship S&M music".
Talking to Rolling Stone, Lambert also revealed that he's certain a "gay 27-year-old white theatre dude" would never have been signed if it weren't for American Idol. "Now it's about how I use the platform. Whoever you are, I hope you can find yourself in these songs. If that happens, I've won."
Collaborators on the album include Dr Luke (obviously) and Pharrell Williams, who produced the title track. It seems the pair are big fans of each other's work, with Williams' referring to Lambert's voice as a "siren" and Lambert calling Williams "postmodern, like Warhol".
The album's first single, 'Better Than I Know Myself', is due early next year.
