'Sirens' hitmaker Cher 'Cher' Lloyd has 'teased' her forth­com­ing third album ("#CL3") in a black and white Twitter video.

There's no clue as to when the album's actually coming out, but no doubt there will be some more teasers along soon because that is what you do, isn't it? Unless you don't. But not doing it requires a bit of cre­ativ­ity and ima­gin­a­tion, so you can see why some people don't bother.
