'Disremembrance' hitmaker Dannii Minogue will make a return to the UK TV talent show judging circuit as part of Lord Gary of Barlow's BBC show, Let It Shine.
Martin Kemp's involved too actually. Good to see the BBC are getting their money's worth out of that generic talent show graphic generator they bought five years ago:

(As you well know, Barlow is looking to find five West End wannabes for a new theatre show called The Band, based around old Take That songs. The selection process will take eight weeks and be shown nightly on BBC One in the New Year.)
“Gary has given careful conÂsidÂerÂaÂtion to a number of canÂdidÂates but Dannii certainly ticks all boxes," a well-placed 'TV insider' told The Sun. “She has primetime talent show experÂiÂences given her roles on X Factor and Australia’s Got Talent, plus she starred in many theatre productions."
Is Dannii very popular with viewers too? Was Gary keen to take her on once he knew she was available?
“Dannii is also very popular with viewers so when it became known she was available, Gary was keen to take her on,” the 'insider' confirmed.
This is all very well of course, but what does Dannii think about it all?
“I’m so excited to be returning to the UK and joining the judging panel of Let It Shine. To be a performer, you must have a burning desire to perform, then you train at all the skills you need to shine. This show gives everyone that chance. I can’t wait!"
So there we go. Dannii's excited.
