The British invasion of America continues with the news that Ed Sheeran is launching in the US.

The 'enfant rubbishe' of the New Boring movement will make his acoustic debut TV appear­ance this week. He tweeted the news: "recording for the Jimmy Fallon show tomorrow, can't wait."

The per­form­ance, most likely of lead '+' single 'The A Team', will be broadcast on Friday evening.
