Britney Spears has claimed that new album 'Femme Fatale' is her "best album ever".
She makes the claim in a new interview with V magazine, adding that she "worked really hard on it and spent almost two years recording it".
“I wanted to make a fierce dance record where each song makes you want to get up and move your body in a different way,” notes the ‘Email My Heart’ singer. “That’s what I want from the music I listen to. This record is for the clubs, or something you play before you go out at night. It’s definitely my edgiest and most mature sound yet.”
Talking about her inspirations, she tells V: “I love the Black Eyed Peas. They always put me in a good mood. I listen to them a lot. I love Christina [Aguilera]’s ‘Woo Hoo’ and ’Paper Planes’ by MIA. I CANNOT stop listening to ‘We No Speak Americano’ by Yolanda Be Cool & DCup.”
Good Lord.
