Jason 'Jason Derulo' Derulo and former TV presenter Olly Murs will headline this year's Fusion Festival, it's been announced.
As you'll no doubt recall, last year's Fusion Festival took place in Birmingham and featured Justin Bieber causing all sorts of drama after agreeing to do it and then changing his mind. In the end Ed Sheeran did it, so no harm done really.
Anyway, this year's festival will be in Liverpool on September 3 and 4, and as well as Derulo and Murs will also include Ella Henderson, Busted, Tinie Tempah, Fleur East, Labrinth, Lawson, The Vamps etc and so on. It's Capital FM in real life, really.
This is all very well of course, but where's the hastily cobbled together quote from Olly Murs?
“This is going to get crazy, Fusion Festival! I cannot wait to get out on that stage and get everybody moving. It’s going to be a send off to remember, you better be there!”
Cheers Olly!
How about the Derulo?
“I’m honoured to be headlining Fusion Festival 2016, it’s a great line up and I can’t wait to get out there to perform in Liverpool with Fusion Festival & Capital FM — it’s going to be amazing!”
So there we go. Two happy popstars.
