Katy Perry is about to match Michael Jackson's US chart record.
If her latest single 'Last Friday Night (TGIF)' reaches the top of the Billboard Hot 100, she will be the first female to release five Number One singles from an album since Billboard's introduction 52 years ago.
Katy's second album 'Teenage Dream' has so far spewed out four chart-topping singles: 'California Gurls', 'Teenage Dream', 'Firework' and 'ET'. Michael Jackson is the only other artist to achieve this chart feat, with the release of his 1987 album 'Bad'.
