Kelly Rowland has given a frankly ridiculous interview to Evening Standard's ES Magazine.
Among the many things she discusses are her favourite London hotspots (including, interestingly, Calvin Harris' studio), her relentless Destiny's Child rehearsal routine (they basically had to do a lot of jogging while singing, and study lots of Michael Jackson performance tapes), and her relationship with Simon Cowell (he apparently sent her a framed picture of himself when she agreed to be on The X Factor).
Perhaps the best bit and the bit that reminds us most of her unique take on the English language is the section where she talks about living near the Queen.
"When I moved into the 'hood [she means London], I was hoping I would get to see her walking the dawgs. But I guess she has people to do that for her. She's the Queen, so she got it like dat, right?"
Right.
