Lady Gaga's not happy with being called pretentious

Lady Gaga last night tweeted a response to the fact that her album 'Born This Way' had been 'hailed' as the Most Pretentious Album Ever by the NME.COM.
"Oh the irony of winning "Most Pretentious Album Ever" from none other than NME. *eyeroll* I might laugh forever + then return to nar­ciss­ism", she tweeted, not men­tion­ing that she was quite happy to be inter­viewed by NME when she had an album to flog.
Oh well.
