The 'Gramma (Blue Ribbon Sparkler Trailer Heaven)' chanteuse announced the existence of her version of 'Chelsea Hotel No 2' via the medium of Twitter, with the following words: "new video" and then a YouTube link.
She's right, there is indeed a new video.
