Madonna hopes to get her fans up on their feet with 'MDNA'.
"I wanted to make an album that was unapologetically happy," explained the 'Bye Bye Baby' chanteuse in an interview with intorontomag.com.
"I think we all need to dance a bit more these days. The world needs a breather."
She went on to credit 'MDNA' collaborators Martin Solveig and William Orbit for bringing the LOL to her new album. "Martin knows how to put a smile on people's faces," she says.
'MDNA', which Madonna describes as "a good hybrid of the introspective and fun", is set for release on March 26.
