Misha B has been speaking yet again about her debut single.
When asked by ThatGrapeJuice if 'Home Run''s 'urban flavour' was a conscious decision, Misha explained: "Not really. We kind of went into the studio open-minded. When I went into the studio with a guy called MNEK, the producer of 'Home Run', he already had something which he was working on. But me, I kind of like working from fresh."
Turning to herself as a source of inspiration, Misha B instructed MNEK "to watch my performance of Cyndi Lauper's 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun'… and asked what kind of vibe he got off me as an artist".
Meanwhile, when questioned about the rumours of 'Hit Em Wit Da Hee' hitmaker Missy Elliott appearing on her debut album, Misha 'revealed': "Yeah, there is a lot of truth in that. She's working on her album at the moment… but we're definitely both keen to do that."
'Home Run' will be released on July 15.
