Nelly Furtado's put a behind the scenes video on the internet

'Big Hoops (Bigger The Better)' hitmaker Nelly Furtado has 'unleashed' a behind the scenes clip of her new video for 'Spirit Indestructible'.

Filmed in various pic­tur­esque locations — on a beach, on a mountain, on a beach again — we also get to see Nelly doing a specific dance to help us learn our vowels, which is both edu­ca­tional and entertaining.

Nelly also refers to the song as "empower­ing" and a tribute to "all of us, we all have indes­truct­ible spirits".

'The Spirit Indestructible', the album, is released on September 14.
