You might need to sit down for this: Adele's '21' is the biggest-selling album of this current decade in the UK so far.
We know! Shocking, right?
The weepfest has sold 4,751,000 copies since its release in 2011 and is quite a way ahead of the second biggest-selling album since 2010 which is Take That's 'Progress' (2,374,000). It has also outsold Conor Maynard's debut album.
Other big sellers include Michael Buble's perennial 'Christmas' album (2,216,000), Emeli Sandé's 'Our Version Of Events' (2,208,000) and Ed Sheeran's 'X', which has sold 2,134,000 copies in just under a year.
