One Direction will appear in the next Guinness World Records book for breaking an award that they'll probably break again at some point in November.
The 'boys' were handed some sort of big plaque thing backstage at a 'gig' in America to honour the fact that they're the first UK act to have their first three albums debut at Number One in America.
Obviously this record was actually broken back in November last year when 'Midnight Memories' sold shitloads to 'top the charts' but the new book isn't out until next Thursday so here we are.
Band leader Niall had this to say about it all:
"This really is one of our proudest moments, both for us and our incredible fans. Whenever we talk about it we always say how cool it is that we did it first, how sick is that?!"
