One Direction new

One Direction have been talking about their new songs, but have yet to confirm rumours Evian Christ and Hudson Mohawke are handling production duties on the forthcoming farewell album.

“I think it’s going to be a little bit more edgy," frontman Niall told the Today show (as quoted here). "We feel like we’ve got some really good songs."

Liam, meanwhile, explained that the songs also personal, adding: “We’ve all taken a hand in the writing this time. We’ve literally written almost every song.”

'Almost every song'.
