DJ Paul Oakenfold has talked about working with Madonna, claiming "she was without doubt one of the best artists I have ever worked with."
The pair collaborated on the 2009 single 'Celebration', which wasn't exactly vintage Madonna, but Oakenfold insists that she worked "tirelessly" and "has fantastic ideas", always giving "one hundred percent".
Only the very cynical would suggest that Oakenfold is auditioning for a production role on her forthcoming twelfth album, which is still shrouded in mystery.
So far there have been rumours of her record label advising her against working with RedOne, Dr Luke and David Guetta and mutterings of her working with Martin Solveig, Joe Henry ('Don't Tell Me', 'Jump') and William Orbit (amazing).
Some even claim she's working with Sound of Arrows.
