"We want to give kids the kind of break we got," Jordon told BBC Newsbeat about the scheme, which is in conjunction with the online work experience website thing GoThinkBig.
"There are so many talented young people across the UK who all too often don't get the chance to prove themselves in a real work environment," he continued, a bit boringly.
The 'Traveller's Chant' hitmakers are looking for 150 16 to 24-year-olds to work as stage hands, make-up artists, extras and camera crew.
Well that's certainly one way of keeping costs down.
