Sky Ferreira's previewed a new song

In getting-on-with-it-news Sky Ferriera has put an unmastered 55-second clip of new song 'Red Lips' on her SoundCloud.

The col­lab­or­a­tion with Shirley Manson wears its influence on it's sleeve like a big shiny Garbage bangle with an angsty "such a big girl, such big news, such a big star" chorus.

Apparently there'll be a video premiere at some point tomorrow on pho­to­grapher Terry Richardson's Tumblr and Sky's promised the "sound quality will be a lot better tomorrow" while also pointing out in no uncertain terms that "THIS IS NOT THE SINGLE."

It's progress, we suppose.
