The producers of The Voice UK have officially announced some changes to the format of the show.
Unfortunately The Singer From The Script is still there.
Basically there will now only be three live shows, while the earlier rounds will borrow elements from the US version. These changes include the fact that 'mentors' can 'steal' a contestant from another 'mentor' if the contestant loses in a 'battle'. There can only be one 'steal' per 'mentor'.
Contestants must also select a 'killer song' during the new 'knockout' stages of the show.
Good job there are no gimmicks in this show, eh readers?
"We can't wait for The Voice UK to return to Saturday nights," good old executive producer Moira Ross told BBC Newsbeat which, being a BBC property, is one of the few news outlets still interested.
"With our four global superstars back on board, an unrivalled standard of vocal talent and the added excitement of the 'Steals' and 'Knockouts', it is set to be an extraordinary series."
It's supposedly going to return at some point in March, so that's a reason to live, isn't it.
