The Sound of Arrows have described their new album 'Voyage' as "a pop-soundtrack to an imaginary film."
Speaking to We7, the Swedish duo went on to say that The Sound of Arrows were always meant to be "50% audio 50% visual" and that they're involved in every aspect of their visual identity.
They also confirmed that the much-delayed 'Voyage', which was released last week, was their third attempt at making an album, with the first two efforts "binned" after they "didn’t hold up to our perfectionist approach."
If that didn't already sound like a bit of a nightmare, they went on to say that the recording process was "A lot of hard work, late nights, detuned synths and travelling."
Still, the album's amazing so it was all worth it, right? RIGHT.
