The Wanted will open Capital FM's Summertime Ball

The WantedThe Wanted have been chosen — somehow! — to open Capital FM's Summertime Ball.

According to Capital FM the band will open the stadium show on June 9. It will be their fourth appear­ance at the annual event.

The event, which takes places at Wembley Stadium next weekend, features 22 acts and will be hosted by Resting Actor Justin Timberlake.

Taylor Swift, Jessie J, will.i.am and Olly Murs are also on the line-up. Tickets for the event have sold out. :(
