Usher's next single is probably going to be 'Numb'

Usher's fourth single from new album 'Looking 4 Myself' is almost def­in­itely going to be 'Numb'.

According to That Grape Juice, the Picasso of Pop's latest ditty will be sent to US pop radio for 'adds' on August 21 and is also rumoured as his next UK release.

At the moment, that is literally it and no UK release date has been set however as soon as we know more we will LET YOU KNOW.
